Service Description

Follow ups are for people who have done an initial consultation. The first follow up with recommendations is included in the initial consultation. Additional check-ins and follow-up appointments are an additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to provide our community with the best possible care, please call our office within 24 hours if you find you are unable to make it to your appointment. This will allow us to reserve that appointment space for another patient and their healthcare needs. If you are unable to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, we will assess a $60 fee in an effort to recoup the costs that occur when we are unable to see patients during regularly scheduled appointment times.
