Service Description
Discover the best foods for your body, considering your time, taste, budget and personal health goals. Schedule your initial consult, and we will schedule your follow-up visit during your appointment. The follow-up is included in the Consultation price.
Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide our community with the best possible care, please call our office within 24 hours if you find you are unable to make it to your appointment. This will allow us to reserve that appointment space for another patient and their healthcare needs. If you are unable to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours, we will assess a $60 fee in an effort to recoup the costs that occur when we are unable to see patients during regularly scheduled appointment times.
